Accessing Town Meetings
Planning Commission Agenda staff reports are now available on the Town's website (www.townofwindsor.ca.gov). If an Agenda item has not been highlighted, no written report is available. (Please note that some of these reports may be large documents requiring a long loading time.) The agenda and staff reports will be available for public review at the Civic Center, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act: If you need special assistance to attend or participate in a Planning Commission meeting, please contact the Recording Secretary at amay@townofwindsor.ca.gov. Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will assist Town staff in ensuring reasonable accommodations are made to provide accessibility to the meeting.
As a public service to the community, Planning Commission meetings are held in-person, and viewable through a live webcast on Zoom, at https://townofwindsor.zoom.us/j/85472242109 or by dialing 877-853-5247 and entering Zoom Webinar ID: 854 7224 2109, televised on Comcast Cable Channel 27, on AT&T U-verse Channel 99 and live webcasted at http://townofwindsor.ca.gov/721/Agendas-Minutes-Videos. If a technical issue arises with Zoom or the phone dial-in option, the Planning Commission meeting will continue unless a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449.
Effective March 1, 2023: Members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom if a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449.
Effective October 1, 2023: Members of the public who wish to address the Commission, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members of the public may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: planningcommission@townofwindsor.ca.gov, please submit them via email to the Commission by 12:00 p.m., on the day of the meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public wishing to address the Commission on any Consent Calendar item or any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Commission is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length and must be spoken into the microphone from the podium. If you wish to speak on a Consent Calendar item, please notify the Chair during the Public Comment.
